Get Guilty Gear X2 instead, it's much better.. OMG NO, NO, NO !Pro- clasic nostalgic graphics- some good musicCon- poor port, black bars pff- very bad menu, fighting keys for start and back also select and start what is this mess- the character don't face the enemy automaticaly, why, does it require that i clean up the toilet after him also- impossible boss, for me even on easy, that's pathetic, after beating other games, this is cheating- very bad cheating 2 cpu against 1 player out of nowhere- sometimes the character turns automaticaly or does different than the player action, lag also- very complicted button set-up3/10 rating, horrible experience.. Quite an original twist on the familiar Guilty Gear mechanics. But originality does not equal quality. See, this whole 4-players idea sound fun and stuff but when you actually try to play Isuka some flaws get on the way of fun. The main problem is the new control system. Using the button to turn you character left and right during fast-paced combat is not very convenient. Changing of arenas' planes during fights also gets on the way of precision. Controls get even worse in Boost mode, where game turns into beat'em-up. But even with these flaws it is still Guilty Gear. And it is still fun to play, alone or with friends. The music rocks, sprites are beautiful as ever and overall variety of characters gets the work done. It's a solid fighting game but not the best in the series.. Not as bad as everyone says it is! I will agree the turning mechanic sucks, but the game definitely has its own distinct personality. The characters are all pretty much awesome and I had no issues using an Xbox 360 controller right away (other than getting the triggers to work).. Great classic game, however they didn't do a good job making it work for the PC system.Hope there is a patch to fix that in the future, but until then don't buy it.. While I recommend this game, it is only for die hard fans of the series or people that like there 2D fighters with a twist.it does have a strong element to be competive but can also be mindless fun, most people will find the controls take some time to get use to but once your get over that hurdle it's second nature, the lack of online play is dissapointing but this being a port of a port to pc then later repackage for steam it's understandable.great game but not without hiccups.. The game is good but I can't get arround the fighting mechanics , the fact that you have to togle a button to switch sides is tedious as ♥♥♥♥ . Pro - Soundtrack , so good !! - Various modes to play . Cons - Controls and fighting mechanics. I would also recommend to pick up Blaze blue calamity trigger but it doesn't have online play . Nevertheless , I would pass on this and buy Guilty gear X2 #Reloaded.. Buy for the soundtrack, not for the game.. I don't really mind any issues,but this game was my favorite fighting game as a kidto replay something that make me a better fighting gamer,I couldn't recommend it more. Bought it. It was broken. Got a refund after much difficulty.Controls, even when set, still dont change. I tried everything, even what the GGI Ark System recomended as well as fixes form the Forums in Steam to no avail. I liked this game when I played it on console, and really wanted it to work. But seeing as I could only use one attack and had no ability to walk in any direction except right, it made it IMPOSSIBLE to get into.Shortly after my attempts to fix this game failed, I simply had to get rid of it.Also, no resoloution options at all.This is a very very bad port.
